About the portfolio project

Fieldstone Construction is a fictional brand created for an independent web design portfolio. This is a concept website, not an operating construction company or a commissioned client project.

The website experience

The design gives home remodeling and rural construction equal visibility, with a video hero, dedicated service pages, a filterable concept gallery, scroll animations, and a working project-planner demo. It adapts to mobile screens and respects reduced-motion preferences.

Background video

“Construction workers at a house under construction,” Mixkit clip 1459. The source identifies the clip as available for commercial and personal use under the Mixkit Stock Video Free License.

Concept images

The kitchen, bathroom, addition, rural building, timber frame, and workshop images were created with OpenAI image generation. They are illustrative design concepts and do not depict completed client projects.

Interactive demo

The project planner creates a brief locally in the visitor’s browser. It does not request an email address or phone number, save submissions, contact a business, or send messages. Visitors can copy their brief if they choose.
